Our mission at Alternate Root is to inspire and facilitate the change necessary for
optimum health to be achieved and maintained. We educate our clients to take responsibility for their own health by using alternative fitness modalities and weight loss principals. Our hope is to build confidence within our clients and to provide the tools necessary for them to continue a lifetime of good health independent of us. We are constantly evolving and we always have fun.
Business Profile
Alternate Root is a fitness facility that offers training with experienced and certified instructors in private, small group, and large group settings. In addition, Alternate Root utilizes the online program, Genesis Transformation, to provide weight management and lifestyle coaching to clients. Cardiovascular training, flexibility training, strength training, agility and coordination skills, stress management and a healthy diet are all part of an optimum health plan, the type of plan the founders of Alternate Root strongly endorse and educate their client in.

The Meaning of Alternate Root
The most popular approach to working out and losing weight is to exercise more and eat less. There is another way….an alternate route to health and weight management. Health is the core or “root” of life. Alternate Root means another way to health than the road most traveled. It is a business that educates clients about how the human body really works and how to best train and feed the body for a lifetime of healthful living.
